The mono units' expandable power modules are offered with extended power ranges up to 400 kW.
Applications with power requirements above 400 kW can also be further realized by connecting multiple converters in series.
With further optimized fuse ratings, the new devices can be even more precisely configured for the respective application.
For b maXX 6500 mono units, size can be significantly reduced and power density significantly increased.
For example, in the case of size 4 with a power range of up to 75 kW, this means a saving of 71% compared to the market average.
As a result, the new mono devices require less space in the control cabinet and can be installed more easily in the most limited spaces.
The maximum power of the new mono b maXX 6500 has been significantly increased. Compared to the b maXX 5500 series, for example servo, size 4 devices achieve 20% higher peak current.
This allows the use of smaller installation dimensions in many applications, thereby further optimizing space requirements in the control cabinet as well as costs.
Besides the machine's physical footprint, material savings in the servo drives and control cabinets also mean a reduced ecological footprint and greater sustainability.

b maXX 6000 devices are maximally scalable thanks to a wide range of hardware and software options and can therefore be even better adapted to application requirements.
Various encoders, hardware, and safety options are available to choose from.
