The InteliSENS® Dual Axis Diameter measures more than just diameter. LED and CCD technology combined with our specially designed Optics provide super fast diameter and position measurement.

This technology has no moving parts, no wear, no drift. The extremely powerful FPGA processor used in the DGK Diameter enables super-fast measurements. 5,000 scans per second per axis in standard configuration, which can be increased to 10,000 scans per second per axis. Options add measurement, control, warning and reporting functionality for product quality.

Measurement technology

The new optical lens and LED design produces a wide beam of light across the surface of the part being measured.
