JCT-SS is a compact volumetric mixer with a simple structure that applies synchronous weighing method.
1. Highly Functional No Mixer Required as Virgin material and Regrind material simultaneously Measure and Mix while in Transit based on set Mix ratio and batch number. Additionally, by equipping the DIGI-PECA switch, Measuring Material Transport only needs to be connected to the Conveyor Pipe and does not require a signal line.
2. Operability It's easy to set up Blend by setting the scale of the touch panel. Comes with 10-point Blend memory function.
3. Cleanability All residual material can be discharged directly below and the screw feeder can be attached and removed with just a touch.
