Overview of DIN-A-MITE C Eurotherm controller

The DIN-A-MITE C silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) power controller provides a flexible, compact and low-cost solid-state controller option for electrothermal control. This solid state controller is designed and manufactured with the quality features expected from Watlow. Available in panel and DIN rail mounting styles along with a through-the-wall cabinet version. Basic features of the solid state controller include single-phase, three-phase/two-pin and three-phase/three-pin, 24-600VAC operation. Current switching capacity ranges from 30 to 80A depending on the model ordered. Variable time base, linear voltage and current process control or VAC/VDC input contactor versions are available. Single-phase triggering, phase angle and current limiting are also available. All configurations are dependent on model number and are factory selectable. This solid-state power controller includes a 200KA short-circuit current rating (SCCR) that has been tested at voltages up to 480VAC to prevent dome flashing when fuses are needed.
