This desiccant dryer uses a honeycomb rotor without the need to replace the adsorbent. Stable drying, unaffected by powder and unaffected by outside air temperature and humidity.
The applied continuous operation method reduces the temperature drop of the resin after drying, while further saving energy through improving the air flow rate. The system continuously monitors the customer's usage status and controls the operating mode to achieve the most suitable drying conditions. Adjusting the optimal air flow rate helps avoid over-drying of the material and yellowing of the molded product.
By considering the internal layout, we succeeded in shrinking the size without affecting the original performance and basic functionality. It contributes greatly to space efficiency on the website.
A large 7-inch touch panel with excellent visibility is used to graphically display the drying status, machine operation history and other information. Users can also easily change temperature settings and set timers by tapping the screen.
