Hakokan PO tray dryer is a box tray dryer with batch capacity from 10 to 30 boxes (bats). You can easily dry a variety of products in small quantities.
Characteristics of PO
1. Reliability The set temperature is maintained thanks to reasonable design of hot air circulation in horizontal direction and PID control.
2. Operability All you have to do is set the temperature control to the desired temperature. The combined use of a timer allows you to set the start time as desired.
3. Safety ●Equipped with circuit breaker with shunt coil as standard feature to cut off power in case of abnormal problem. Equipped with an anti-overheat bottle (liquid expansion type) as a standard feature for safe shutdown at the desired temperature. ●Equipped with a heater switch contact welding detector as standard equipment, which detects an abnormality in the heater switch and shuts down the power.
4. Casing heater By using a casing heater, the mechanical strength has been increased and the service life has been extended.
