The MS165 is a compact and robust series for motor protection up to 45 kW (400 V) / 80 A with a width of 55 mm.

They provide reliable protection for the motor in case of overload or phase loss.

These devices have a trim level of 10.

This type also has a clear and reliable fault indication in a separate window in case of a short circuit.

Other features are an integrated disconnect function, temperature compensation, no-trip mechanism, and a rotary handle with clear switch position indication.

Manual motor starters (also known as motor protection circuit breakers or manual motor protectors) are suitable for three- and single-phase applications. Lockable handle to protect against unauthorized changes.

Auxiliary contacts, signaling contacts, low voltage release, shunt break, power supply block are all available as accessories.

They fit within the range MS116/MS132/MS165.
