2. Laureate™ Process & Ratiometric Meter:

Laureate™ digital process meters are a cost-effective solution for process signals such as 4-20 mA, 0-10V or 0-5V that require zero and span adjustments for monitoring applications and control. Full-scale input voltage range from ±200 mV to ±600V and current range from ±2 mA to ±5 A are jumper selectable. All measuring ranges are pre-calibrated at the factory, so there is no need to recalibrate when changing measuring ranges or signal conditioners. The 200.00 mV and 2,000 V ranges provide a high input impedance of 1 Gohm to minimize voltage signal upload.

5. Laureate™ True RMS AC Voltage & Current Meter, 1 Cycle Update at 50/60 Hz:

The Laureate™ True RMS meter is a 60,000 count digital panel meter with outstanding performance at half the price of benchtop meters. It can measure the true RMS voltage or current of an AC signal where there is significant distortion of the waveform, such as a rectifier output or a waveform clipped by an SCR, TRIAC, or transistor circuit. Use a Laureate meter to synchronize the two generators.

6. Laureate Thermocouple Temperature Panel Meter / Controller:

Laureate thermocouple gauges are factory calibrated for type J, K, T, E, N, R and S thermocouples for exceptional accuracy and repeatability. The entire duration of each type of thermocouple is presented in a single range. 

Acts as a 4-20 mA transmitter, acts as a fast controller and as a supervisor.

7.  Laureate™ RTD Temperature Panel Meter/Controller:

Laureate™ RTD meters are factory calibrated for four types of Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs): 100 ohm platinum (Pt100) with a DIN alpha of 0.00385, 100 ohm platinum (Pt100) with ANSI alpha of 0.003902, 10 ohm copper with an alpha of 0.00427, and 120 ohm nickel with an alpha of 0.00672. The entire duration of each RTD type is presented in a single range. RTD type, unit of measurement (°C or °F) and resolution (1°, 0.1° or 0.01°) can be selected from the front panel or via the meter's serial interface.

8. Laureate™ Ohmmeter for Resistance in Ohms:

Laureate ohmmeters are ideal for high-speed, high-precision resistance measurements in manufacturing environments, such as contact resistance measurements. It is factory calibrated for the jumper's five selectable resistance ranges from 20,000 ohm to 200,00 kohm.

9. Custom Curve Linearization Software:

The custom curve linearization software CustCurv60.exe can be installed in the Extended version of all Laureate digital panel meters, counters and transmitters, except in Laureate thermocouples , RTD meters and transmitters have built-in linearization curves. Applicable:

  • Thermistors, since the relationship between resistance and temperature is non-linear.
  • Altimeters, since the relationship between pressure and altitude is non-linear.
  • Rate of ascent based on successive altimeter readings.
  • Volume of irregularly-shaped tanks, such as tanks with cylindrical and conical sections, based on measured liquid level or pressure at the base of the tank.
  • Non-linear transducers, such as CdS cells.
  • Fine-calibration of linear transducers, since even nominally linear transducers will have nonlinear components.
  • Extending the working range of transducers, since many transducers become nonlinear at their low and high ends.
  • Compensating for inaccuracy of low-cost transducers.

10. L40 Low-Cost, Universal Analog Input Digital Panel Meter:

Model L40 is a low-cost, general-purpose meter for 65 types and ranges of user-selectable analog input signals. These include DC voltage and current, AC RMS voltage and current, signal processing (4-20 mA, 0-10V), thermocouples (10 types, °C or °F), RTD ( 6 types, °C or °F), thermistor (NTC or PTC), resistance (0-5k or 0-50k ohms) and potentiometer input. The same meter handles all of these signal types without the need for a plugged-in signal conditioning board.

11. M-35 Microminiature DC & Process Meter:

The M-35 micro process meter is the solution when control panel space is limited or the size and weight of the indicator must be as small as possible. The bezel measures only 24 x 48 mm (0.94" x 1.89") but the height of the red LED digits is 10 mm (0,4").

The M-35 is a fully expandable 3-1/2 digit process meter for DC and process signals. It is powered from 10-30 Vdc, so the battery can run out. Power and signal are isolated to 750 Vac to facilitate panel design without worry of ground loop faults. The removable screw terminal provides a benefit rarely seen on watches of this size.

12. Large-Digit Meters:

Viewing distances of up to 320 feet (100 m) are achieved with 8 digits. The general rule is that the viewing distance in feet is 40 times the digit height in inches or in metric terms, the viewing distance in meters is the digit height in millimeters divided by 2. MAGNA series displays have available for different signal types, each of which can be associated with 4 or 6 digits.
