Introducing MW90010B
The MW90010B has a tunable light source covering C-band wavelengths. 10 m resolution pinpoints errors and up to 20,000 km. Underground cable measurement support range.
Coherent OTDR MW90010B can measure ultra-long submarine cables up to 20,000 km to locate faults with a measurement resolution of 10 m.
Coherent detection technology collects waveform data, including fault location, cable loss, bending loss, fiber length, etc., to evaluate underground cables in detail. Its excellent basic performance, such as measurement time and dynamic range, accurately measures submarine cables with optical amplified repeaters separated by distances of 80 km or more.
Additionally, the integrated adjustable light source setup with wavelength accuracy of ±0.05 nm to a wavelength range of 1527.60 nm to 1567.13 nm supports DWDM underground cable measurement.
